70P is a small but powerful portable compressor kit that is capable of inflating up to 25-Inch and smaller tires easily by simply plugging into your cigarette lighter power port, connecting to a valve stem and turning the unit on. 5 Stars Works very well, so far.
I have used a number of portable compressors, and this is the first one I really like. Compared to the typical cheapie, it is much quieter and fills tires much faster. I got this model with the battery clips just to be sure I wouldn’t have any issues with blowing fuses when using a cigarette plug. I haven’t done any quantitative tests, but I estimate this fills my truck tire 10 times faster than some of the cheapies I have tried. Highly recommended.

5 Stars excellent product !
I’ve actually purchased 3 of these. They are well made , reliable, quiet, and fast. Some units like this have short wires and a long air hose. This one has long wires and a short hose. This enables you to hook it on the battery and carry it to the tire – instead of leaving the unit by the battery then pulling/stretching the coiled air hose to the tire, then going back to the front of the car, by the battery to turn it on. Prior to using this, I had a cheap one which I thought would be fine until I actually had to use it , and it was terrible. It took forever to just get the air pressure up from 20 to 25 pounds. I ended up throwing it out. This one is excellent. The model below this, the 70p plugs into the cigarette lighter. The model above this, the 90p, connects to your battery like this one, and it has a little more power and costs $25 more. I prefer the one that hooks on your battery because then you don’t have to worry about blowing fuses, and you have a little more power. It’s really a well made product.

4 Stars Made in China
After burning out two $20 compressors from Harbor Freight, I decided to research online and buy something that really is powerful and works more than one time. The Viair 30033 330P is certainly powerful enough for my little Civic wagon. I don’t think it warrants the $170 price tag, but it does seem to be what it claims to be online. There’s no way the cords are long enough for a bigger truck or RV. I advise installing a dedicated, hard wired compressor in a big vehicle. The carry case is a cheap nylon bag and the overall quality is high for China: low by my USA standards. You can get it delivered quickly though. Mine arrived next day.

4 Stars Nice unit
I have three problems with this Viair. One: Made in China. No reason it can’t be made in U.S.A. Two: The gauge is mounted on the valve stem side of the air hose. To easy to drop the gauge on the ground and bang it around. Should be fixed mounted onto the compressor it self. Three: Gauge only is 0 – 100 psig. Could be 120 psig.

Other then that, Viair is a very good product. Compact, quiet and light. My tire size is 22.5. Started pumping at 90 and went to 100 psi in less than two minutes. Very impressed. Carrying case is excellent, as well as the extra fitting that come with this unit.

5 Stars Does what it’s supposed to very well
I love this little bugger; have had it for a couple of years now. Just the thing you need as an occasional off-roader like I am. It works exactly as stated in its sales pitch and as reviewed in various off-road magazines. If you need to pump up some 35’s then you might go up a bit, by this services my 8×32 BFG T/A just fine. Buy it!

i experience using this pump when i had a flat tire @ work, my co-worker drives a toyota trd and have this pump before. when i used it the pumping of air was quick enough and i was impressed. i took the name and model number and check it out on the net and ordered it @ amazon the next day. i’m happy with it.

5 Stars Portable, fast source for compressed air.
I have an Airstream trailer in storage and the tires were a bit low. Foot pumps were tried to keep the pressure up, but they were useless. This pump, with its start-up at 120psi and shut-off at 145psi is just like having a compressed air tank. The hose is long enough to reach both sides of a 30′ trailer without relocating the compressor. The valve clamp is metal and connects securely. The gauge and hand control are easy to read and operate. It was so fast taking the air pressure from 15psi to the 60psi that it was almost embarrassing. The process of filling four tires, including cool-down, was only 15 minutes.

I use this compressor everytime I go camping. Last weekend I aired up 2 air bags on my pickup and notice both rear tires where down about 10 psi. This compressor did both tires and both air bags in about 5 minutes and compressor was barely warm. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

5 Stars Best little portable 12v compressor out there
I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago to “air-up” the tires on my FJ Curiser after wheeling on the beach. I have tried other units over the past 20 years or so and they never really did the job, but this one performed better than I could have hoped. I was able to “air-up” all 4 tires from 18lbs to 35lbs in about 15 minutes.

I was very pleased with the quick connect inflation hose, with tire inflation gun and the rubber over mold pressure gauge. They all worked very well and easy to monitor prersure while filling. The compressor itself appreas to be very well made and heavy duty and very easy to set up, use and put away – the hardest part was opening the hood of my truck to get to the battery.

I highly recomend this product and the seller, Central 4 Wheel Drive. The item shipped fast and was packed up very well.

5 Stars The mother of all portable compressors!
If you’re tired of those cheap plastic compressors which last a year or two, then this is the unit which you need.

I doubt that you can wear out or break this compressor in a million years – it’s the Rolls Royce of compressors. Very glad that I got it!
